我們為手機掛繩系列產品提供金屬扣件的終生保固服務,具體說明如下:

保固範圍

1. 若產品中的金屬扣件在正常使用中出現任何功能性損壞(如無法開關或扣合),我們將提供免費更換服務,僅需您負擔來回運費。
2. 若您收到的商品有明顯瑕疵(如商品損壞或零件缺失),我們將免費更換瑕疵零件或 7 天內全額退貨退款(適用於 iN system 系列及Nynodal™ 珠繩相關產品)

申請方式

若發現產品扣件存在功能性問題,請直接聯繫我們並提供購買證明或相關資料進行核對。經確認符合保固條件後,我們將寄送更新的扣件給您。

注意事項

1. 保固僅適用於扣件的功能性損壞,不包含掉漆、刮傷或其他外觀損耗。
2. 本保固條款適用於正常使用情況,品牌保留對於保固條款的最終解釋權。

Lifetime Warranty for Metal Clasps on Phone Lanyard Series Products

Warranty Coverage

  1. If the metal clasps on the product experience any functional damage during normal use (e.g., inability to open, close, or clasp), we will provide free replacement service. You only need to cover the round-trip shipping fees.
  2. If the product you received has obvious defects (e.g., damaged goods or missing parts), we will replace the defective parts free of charge or offer a full refund within 7 days (applicable to iN system series and Nynodal™ bead lanyard-related products).

Application Process

If you notice any functional issues with the clasps, please contact us directly and provide proof of purchase or related documentation for verification. Once the warranty conditions are confirmed, we will send you a replacement clasp.

Important Notes

  1. The warranty only covers functional damage to the clasps and does not include paint peeling, scratches, or other cosmetic wear and tear.
  2. This warranty applies under normal usage conditions, and the brand reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the warranty terms.
