WARRANTY
We provide a lifetime warranty service for the metal fasteners of our mobile phone lanyard series products, as follows:
Warranty coverage
1. If any functional damage occurs to the metal fasteners in the product during normal use (such as failure to open or close), we will provide free replacement service, and you will only need to pay the round-trip shipping fee.
2. If the product you received is obviously defective (such as damaged product or missing parts), we will replace the defective parts free of charge or refund the full amount within 7 days (applicable to iN system series and Nynodal™ bead rope related products)
How to apply
If you find any functional problems with the product fasteners, please contact us directly and provide proof of purchase or relevant information for verification. After confirming that the warranty conditions are met, we will send you the updated fasteners.
Precautions
1. The warranty only applies to functional damage to the fasteners and does not cover paint loss, scratches or other cosmetic damage.
2. This warranty applies to normal use. The brand reserves the right of final interpretation of the warranty terms.
