CHILLING EFFECT

Wake up, INCODER...
“Keep quiet...it's dangerous to tell the truth”
"Chilling effect" in Mandarin originates from The Book of Han: (Volume 67) Biographies of Artisan Prohibition, which describes the inaction of people not revealing evil conduct of those with power, being like cicadas in the winter not making any sound.
The chilling effect threatens those who try to expose evil acts of those with power. Using violent or nonviolent consequences to control speech and discourage civilians to have thoughts about issues that matter, thus like cicadas that are quiet in chilling weather to further control society.
this is the murderer of social speeches and freedom of thought, and it intends to guide us into false peace.
